Ellis is passionate about all things digital, and has worked in user experience for the City of New York, Hiscox, the College Board, and multiple small business clients. Most recently she worked with a digital team at Prudential Financial on strategy and updating their site. She has worked on apps, creating user flows for the College Board’s Question of the Day app (which reflects changes to the SAT determined by Common Core), and the NYC 311 app, which allows users to file City complaints from an app.
